Healthy Banana Pancakes
Guess what? The good stuff doesn't always have to be bad for you!
For those mornings you crave something a bit more substantial and indulgent, try substituting these low-calorie, high-protein pancakes for the traditional ones. They're satisfying, 100% guilt-free, and won't leave you feeling sluggish like the alternatives do.
If you can stir, pour and flip, then you can make these. All the pancakes require is one ripe, medium-sized banana and two large eggs. That's it. Start from there and then you can add whatever your heart desires.

There you have it - a clean, simple, and healthy breakfast that's as filling as it is delicious!
Ingredients: 1 medium-sized banana (the riper the better) and 2 large eggs.
Directions: Mash banana with fork. Add eggs. Mix thoroughly. Add a dab of coconut oil to frying pan. Turn stove on to medium heat. Pour a generous spoonful of batter. Cook for roughly 30 seconds on each side or until golden brown in color. Repeat until batter is gone.
This recipe should make about 8 sand dollar sized pancakes. Coming in at about 240 calories total, feel free to eat them all!

- Peanut butter or almond butter
- Blueberries
- Chia seeds
- Oatmeal
- Protein powder
- Vanilla or almond extract
- Cinnamon
- Nutmeg
