I always choose quality when shopping. In most cases, high quality often means high prices, but not in this case!

For those of you who don't know, I am graduating from university in May. As I am nearing this new chapter of life, I am trying to shift my current wardrobe into more of a sophisticated one by adding work appropriate pieces. That being said, I was on the hunt for some new heels.

I was in Florida the other weekend, so I decided to take advantage of my free time and do a little shopping. As I was wandering through the Nordstrom shoe department, I found these. I have a horrible problem of always choosing the most expensive items (without even looking at the price tag), so I was expecting these to be pricey because of how nice they looked. I turned one of the shoes over and saw that they were on sale for 70 dollars. Yes, 70. I took it as a sign that I needed to have them.

These shoes, by Louise et Cie, are beautiful and, more importantly, very comfortable. The deep burgundy color and the textured snakeskin print make them look much more expensive than they actually are. If you're searching for a quality, pointed-toe shoe, I would highly recommend checking these out. They come in a variety of colors, textures, and patterns.

You can purchase the shoes here, if you'd like. Unfortunately, they aren't on sale anymore, but they're still a very reasonable price.
